Meet Chauncie, Founder of Purpose Works Partners

After nearly two decades leading projects in the utility and infrastructure industry, I saw a common challenge: organizations had smart people and powerful tools, but still struggled with clarity, alignment, and execution. Deadlines slipped. Teams felt the pressure. Leaders carried the weight of uncertainty.

I started Purpose Works Partners to change that.

With 17+ years of experience delivering high-value projects — from broadband expansion to the design and delivery of major corporate infrastructure — I bring both proven strategies and a personal, collaborative approach. I hold a PMP certification and a Master of Science in Management – Project Management, but what sets me apart is how I lead.

Over the years, I’ve supervised and mentored cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and project managers — guiding utility and infrastructure projects worth millions of dollars. As a leader, I’ve built environments where people feel supported, communication flows clearly, and conflicts are resolved with integrity. Those same values shape my consulting work today: I don’t just design project plans; I build trust, streamline processes, and help organizations move forward with confidence.

Beyond the work, I’m committed to empowering others — mentoring, leading teams, and creating spaces where collaboration thrives. And just as purpose guides my business, it shapes my life outside of work: raising my family, serving my community, and building connections that last.
